How long does it take to make a custom gift arrangement?

Typically 24 hours from when the order is placed, unless the basket requires specialty items that need to be ordered.

Can my arrangement be delivered or shipped?

Free delivery is offered within 5 miles of our shop (525 S Kings, Brandon). $10 delivery fee up to 15 miles. All Hospitals and Schools $20. Anything exceeding 15 miles, standard Shipping rates will apply.

Our standard delivery option is UPS or FED EX (ground). There is an additional charge of $3.00 that will be added to your total for Handling and Packaging materials.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards, cash and corporate checks are accepted. Online Invoicing is also available. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due on all orders over $300 when the order is placed and the remaining 50% is due at time of delivery or pick-up.

Can you do multiple gift creations for clients, employee appreciation, conventions, trade shows, and seminars?

YES, no job is too small or too large! We can design custom gift baskets, swag bags and welcome gifts for all your attendees. Custom centerpieces are also available.

How much does it cost?

Custom creations start at $60. Smaller baskets are available for corporate accounts who are purchasing in larger quantities. Quantity discounts are available for corporate accounts.
